The formats on offer differ in more than convenience. A single full-day session suits people who want it done and are able to clear a day, but attention genuinely flags in the afternoon. Two shorter sessions retain more, because the gap lets the first half settle. Blended delivery puts the knowledge online at your own pace and keeps the in-person time for practice, which is the most efficient use of an instructor.
What none of them can compress is the assessed practical time. Each participant has to be individually observed performing each skill, so a session with more participants takes longer or gives each person less attention, there is no third option. That is why an unusually short session for a large group should prompt a question about what has been left out.
Consider timing against when you will need it. Skills are sharpest immediately after training, so a group facing a busy season is better trained shortly before it than months ahead. Conversely, individuals renewing for employment should book comfortably before expiry, since a lapsed certificate often means repeating the full course rather than the shorter renewal.

Each certificate carries an ID and a QR code, so an employer can verify it online rather than taking a card on trust.
Where a state or its Department of Health requires additional wording, it is added on a separate line beneath the course title. The course title itself is the same in every state.
